About this model
A compact knot-training board featuring an integrated cleat, bollard and a print-in-place captive ring. Everything prints as one piece with no screws or assembly required. Supports are required. My PETG print developed some support scars, so using PLA as the support-interface material may give a cleaner result. PLA should also work for the complete model, but this has not yet been tested. Remove all support material carefully before moving the captive ring. My first selfmade model so some finetuning will probably make it even better (I`m no expert) Designed to accompany these knot reference cards (as seen in background in one of the pictures): by this original screw-mounted training board: knot practice and display only – not for load-bearing or safety-critical use.
