About this model

I made ZipKey Duo for a very specific annoying moment: you tighten a cable tie, then realize one cable needs to move. Instead of cutting the tie and throwing it away, this tool is designed to slide into the locking head and lift the internal pawl so the tie can be loosened and reused. There are two working ends. The finer end is intended for smaller tie heads; the stronger end is for common standard-size ties. Both use a short tapered nose so the entry point stays thin while the rest of the blade remains stronger. The body itself becomes a depth stop, so you do not need to push the tool deep into the wire bundle. I also included a separate probe gauge with 0.45 / 0.55 / 0.65 / 0.75 mm probes.
