Here I proudly present my fully articulated B2 Super Battle Droid from the upcoming game Star Wars Battlefront 2! Click here to watch what it took to make this thing! This was definitely one of the hardest models I've EVER done in Solidworks as it took me just about the whole month to do totaling to over 70 hours to complete. And in comparison to the 2 Destiny guns I’ve done, this model was actually harder to model in terms of the complexity of the surfaces, so that’s saying a lot. Now with this design, I wanted to make it as close to the original B2 Super Droid as possible while also allowing for the figure to be fully articulated (Shoulder, Elbow, Hip, Knee, and Foot). On top of that, hiding all the pins and making it all work within the 90 x 100 x 120mm space was a huge challenge, but …
