The 3mm "Pill" Base for Wargames (1x2") is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by RickKimberley. I like to use 3mm thick 25mm round bases for my singly-based 28mm minis, but sometimes you need a bit more real estate, such as for prone figures, 2-man teams, machine guns, or. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.

About this model

I like to use 3mm thick 25mm round bases for my singly-based 28mm minis, but sometimes you need a bit more real estate, such as for prone figures, 2-man teams, machine guns, or cavalry. These are 25x50x3mm with rounded ends; the pictures show a few ways you could use them; you could also use the extra room to hold condition markers or wound dice. I printed 18 of them, with a brim, on the bed of my Elegoo Neptune 3 and had plenty of room to spare. They took a little over 4h30m. Enjoy!
