About this model
This is an urban bank in HO scale based on a 3 floor building built in the 1930s. It can depict both Japanese and Western architecture of that period. I typically make N Scale buildings, but decided to try HO scale for the HO Challenge. That means that I have added significantly more detail that is easily represented but FDM printers such as the bricks, stones and decorative wall molding. It is still easy to print (separate roof and wall prints) and fits on a standard 3d printer build plate. At this scale, it is also easy to paint details like the different bricks, windows and even signs. You can add a plastic sheet on the inside to emulate window glass. Hope this can be a good addition for HO scale rail dioramas!
